#heart: I have written 9 posts about nourishing my #heart by spending time with family and friends. (I’m really rocking this category! I’m interested to see how I do with #heart nourishment in winter. I think I’m way more social when it’s sunny outside.)
#soul: I have written 7 posts about nourishing my #soul by spending quiet time reflecting and re-charging. (Man – I need even more of this. This week has been one of my less-than-Zen adoption waiting weeks.)
#mind: I have written 5 posts about nourishing my #mind by engaging intellectually and learning new things.
#body: I have written 5 posts about nourishing my #body by exercising and eating well.
#spirit: I have written 1 post about nourishing my #spirit by doing new things and fostering personal growth. (I am slacking. Hopefully I’ll do better this month!)
