#heart: How am I doing with making time to spend with family and friends? Since my last reflection, I have written 7 posts about feeding my #heart. I’ve written about this previously, but nourishing my heart is sometimes difficult. I spend lots of quality time with Tee and my family, but I find that it’s difficult to make sure I’m getting enough time with friends, due to distance, busy-ness, and me being a homebody. BUT – I am working on it!
#soul: How am I doing with feeding my soul – utilizing quiet moments to re-charge and to feel refreshed? Since my last reflection, I have written 8 posts about nourishing my soul. Yay!
#mind: How am I doing with engaging my mind – with my efforts to learn and to grow? I have posted 9 #mind posts since my last reflection. I am finding that #mind is one of my easiest aspects to address, because a lot of my hobbies are mentally engaging. I love to read – I love writing, crossword puzzles – I love my work and I enjoy learning more about therapy and child development.
#body: How am I doing with making time for physical activity?
I have posted 4 #body posts since my last reflection. This actually surprised me, because I’ve been exercising pretty regularly since the Broad Street Run on May 3. However, I don’t think I’ve been writing much about it. More to come!
